Overview:

Ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of services to Injazat's roster of clients, playing a key role in managing the service delivery team, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Day to Day Operations

  • Oversee the endtoend project management process, from inception to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively managing project risks and issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring the delivery of bestfit solutions.
  • Proactively address client concerns and strive for excellence in service delivery.
  • Continuously review and improve service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for automation, and implementing bestfit solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance practices to guarantee the delivery of highquality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations, while conducting regular audits and performance evaluations to maintain service excellence.
  • Efficiently allocate resources across various projects, balancing workload and optimizing team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure adequate staffing levels and technical expertise.
  • Build effective crossfunctional collaboration among various teams, such as sales, engineering, and operations.
  • Lead and manage the service delivery team, inculcating a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
  • Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and facilitate skill development to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Maintain clear communication channels to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital transformation, cloud, and cyber security

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 11+ years of experience in managerial role
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or project management roles.
  • Previous experience in managing teams and leading complex projects in the digital transformation, cloud, or cyber security domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
