  • Co-ordinate all site inspectionsas required
  • Attend sales meetings asrequired
  • Attend to all sales department mailand maintain a correspondence data base
  • Assistwith direct mail / EDM campaigns
  • Maintainfiling systems (manual andelectronic)
  • Maintenance and management of database
  • Assist with promotions whererequested
  • Organize Trade shows, functions andexhibitions where applicable and advised bySuperiors
  • Assist with compilation of annualbudgets, business plan and regular actionplans
  • Assist with tendersubmissions
  • Stock control of collateral andtracker
  • Co-ordinate and maintain supply ofcorporate gifts and promotional items
  • Assistwith the planning and development of promotional strategies and forthe hotel
  • Work in line with businessneeds
  • Responsible of sending Meeting PlannerSurvey
  • Communicating Daily EventListings
  • Responsible of issuing and trackingvoucher
  • Responsible on posting of departmentalattendance for the payroll
  • Assisting Directorof Sales and Group and Events Manager (whenneeded)
  • Creating contractedrates
