  • Responsible for the safe and legal dispatch of all company operated flights from start to finish.
  • Provide the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) with an Operational Flight Plan (OFP) for each sector along with a complete weather briefing/NOTAM package for each trip.
  • Monitor the in-flight progress of company operated flights.

People Accountabilities

  • Ensure effective communication between Business Units.
  • Manage data protection and security best practices.
  • Continuously improve risk management strategies.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff, partners, and members.

Operational Accountabilities

  • Safe and legal flight planning for all company flights.
  • Generate crew briefing packages and weather/NOTAM briefings.
  • Provide necessary safety information to the PIC.
  • Monitor weather conditions and enroute procedures.
  • Compute fuel requirements for safe flights.
  • Prepare flight plans with operational components.
  • Update PIC on significant changes and recommend alternatives.
  • Collaborate on internal dispatch procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airline/Military operations.
  • Good knowledge of flight planning, aircraft performance, and Aviation Regulations.
  • Awareness of field conditions, route restrictions, and operational changes.
  • High school and further education qualifications.
  • Valid Flight dispatch license holder with current recurrency and proficiency check.
  • DGR CAT 10 Training preferred.
  • Interpersonal, coaching, communication, planning, and organizing skills required.
