Overviewof the role:

The Graphic designer willplay a pivotal role in supporting the team by creating visuallystunning and brandaligned materials across all locations. Roleresponsibilities will include crafting marketing graphics in linewith communication objectives ensuring adherence to brandguidelines and implementing briefed activities effectively andefficiently. His/her creativity and customer service excellencewill elevate the brand through innovative designsolutions.

Whatyou will do:

Responsiblefor:

  • Support the team in thebranding and maintenance of materials across alllocations.
  • Ensure that all graphic elementscreated are in line with agreed guidelines (compliance with brandvisual identity and legal guidelines.
  • Assist indesigning and producing creative concepts for marketing campaignsin accordance with corporate guidelines using different media tomeet requirements
  • Provide innovative andeffective graphic design solutions with excellence in creativityand customer service that elevate theBrand.
  • Manage the flow of work and graphicsresources to ensure timely and effective projectcompletion
  • Coordinate and manage campaign photoshoot including casting and artdirection.
  • Perform a wide range of routine tocomplex duties including development of: publications brochuresrack cards posters fliers multimedia illustration logo developmentbrand development exhibits andwebdesign.
  • Maintain project libraries AssetManagement System (an internal soft copy library of all artworkswhether internally or externally produced) and compile allreference material together with programfiles
  • Provide recommendations regardingcreative resources outsourcing workflow traffic processesprocedures and other opportunities to improve efficiency qualityand profitability.
  • Responsible for designingall graphical representations of departmental reports across allReal estate on local and regionalbasis.

  • Comprehensiveknowledge of graphic design principles a wide variety of media andproduction methods
  • Typographic terms thatidentify type forms and the specifications required to refer totypographic settings.
  • Page composition and gridstructures.
  • Print production process knowledgeof production techniques and correct diskingprocedures
  • Photography and the photographicprocess.

Graduate or PostGraduate Degree preferably in Graphic Design orMarketing

MinimumExperience:

Minimum 4 to 6 yearsexperience with experience in a Graphic unit in client oragency
