Recepción y bienvenida de clientes:
Saludar a los clientes con calidez y profesionalismo a su llegada al establecimiento, proporcionando una primera impresión positiva

Gestión de reservas:
Administrar las reservas de mesas, habitaciones o eventos, asegurándose de mantener un registro preciso y de cumplir con las preferencias de los clientes

Acompañamiento a los clientes:
Guiar a los clientes a sus mesas o habitaciones, ofreciendo asistencia y asegurándose de que se sientan cómodos y bien atendidos durante su estancia

Ofrecer información sobre el establecimiento:
Proporcionar información detallada sobre los servicios, instalaciones y actividades disponibles en Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza, así como sobre eventos especiales o promociones

Coordinación con el personal:
Comunicarse eficazmente con el personal de servicio, como camareros, personal de limpieza y concierge, para garantizar un servicio fluido y eficiente para los clientes

Atención al cliente:
Estar disponible para atender las necesidades y solicitudes de los clientes en todo momento, respondiendo preguntas, solucionando problemas y asegurándose de que disfruten de una experiencia memorable

RequisitosLo que buscamos:

Experiencia previa:
Preferiblemente, experiencia previa en roles similares en la industria hotelera o de hospitalidad, especialmente en establecimientos de lujo

Excelente servicio al cliente:
Habilidades excepcionales de atención al cliente, con capacidad para mantener una actitud amable, profesional y cortés en todo momento

Comunicación:
Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita efectivas en varios idiomas, especialmente inglés y español, para poder interactuar con una clientela internacional

Presentación personal impecable:
Se espera una apariencia pulcra y profesional, acorde con los estándares de lujo y elegancia de Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza

Habilidades organizativas:
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y mantener la calma bajo presión, priorizando eficientemente las necesidades de los clientes y del establecimiento

Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad:

Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios variables, incluyendo fines de semana, noches y días festivos, según las necesidades del negocio.
