Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, management, and other stakeholders, to coordinate and oversee onsite activities effectively.
  • Plan and manage the setup of the site, ensuring all necessary facilities are prepared ahead of the project commencement.
  • Take responsibility for adhering to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) protocols at all times on the project site.
  • Enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within agreed parameters.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to enhance project safety.
  • Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engage in continuous liaison with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met and to facilitate decisionmaking processes.
  • Resolve any onsite issues and conflicts promptly, ensuring mínimal impact on the project timeline and quality.
  • Facilitate team meetings to review project progress and address any concerns or adjustments needed.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction management, with expertise in Commercial projects
  • 3rd level degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Experience in Steelwork and cladding systems.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of managing important stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in highpressure environments.
  • Proficiency in constructionrelated software for project management.

Pay:
AED20, AED25,000.00 per month
