  • Preparation of decision proposals on construction conditions and execution details in the event of planning deviations

HSM:
Ensure that the breaks are observed and monitor occupational health and safety on the construction site

  • Checking measurements, timesheets, and invoices
  • Subcontractor coordination and management in tandem with the site team.
  • Technical office oversight and QC timely commitment to client requirements on schedule.
  • Update, responsibility for site allocation of resources & deployment and effective execution per E1/E2 logs.
  • Controlling and documenting the construction process as approving invoices, accepting services and deliveries, and carrying out supplementary inspections
  • Monitor the elimination of defects identified during the acceptance of services,
  • Ensure the handover of project documentation to the person responsible for the site
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of testing and commissioning and project closeout phase.

Requirements:

Degree in Civil or agricultural engineering

A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Min five to ten years of project management experience as a Project Manager

Min ten years experience in Landscape Construction Projects

Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)

Work independently, flexible, and able to work under pressure

The mentality of rolling up the sleeves and getting stuff done

High quality, cost, and deadline awareness

Working experience in UAE

Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure project profitability

Experience with construction and architecture software like AutoCAD or Revit

Project Management Professional certification will be preferred (advantage if having it)

Experience leading a fast-track project.

Must be fluent in English
