As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's market presence.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and ultimately converting leads into loyal customers.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • UAE Experience with sales and Business Development Representative.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • UAE: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)
  • Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)
