About the Role :

Responsibilities:1.Provide direct leasing support and related administration to the Leasing/Property Manager.2.Management of all shop lease contracts (new/renewals/Addendum/closed).3.Provides summary and rental details of all new and existing Lease Contracts/Addendum and closed shops (ifrequired).4.Monitor renewals/expiry/closure of all Leases.5.Coordinate with the management, leasing/Retail Delivery department.6.Coordinate with Legal Department for review and legal comments.7.Correspondence with Landlord/Retailer on contract revisions/counter proposal/renewal/cancellation.8.Prepares rental summary for concept approval.9.Process internal approval and sign off.10.Ensures that scanned copy of all contracts, approvals & supporting documents are saved on the server.11.Ensures that all original executed contracts are in file for safe keeping.12.Preparing the existing rental report and comparison.
