Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive (Sales) at Brainx Education, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth of the company's educational products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Conduct market research to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Actively pursue leads, schedule and conduct sales presentations, and demonstrate the value of Brainx Education's products and services.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in clients' businesses, leveraging this knowledge to anticipate their needs and offer relevant solutions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and pricing models.
Provide input and feedback on product development and enhancements based on customer insights and market demands.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and make informed sales decisions.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Brainx Education's offerings.
Participate in team meetings, share industry knowledge and best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a business development or sales role, preferably in the education or edtech industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.Strong business acumen and understanding of the education industry, including key market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
