How to Apply:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of aluminum fabricators and installers on construction sites.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to plan aluminum fabrication and installation processes.
  • Measure and cut aluminum materials accurately using hand and power tools.
  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum frames, windows, doors, curtain walls, and other structures.
  • Install aluminum structures and fixtures on buildings, including framing, glazing, and sealing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Monitor project progress and productivity to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on aluminum fabrication techniques and safety procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of aluminum materials and supplies, and reorder as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to resolve issues and address client concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Aluminum Forman or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or apprenticeship in aluminum fabrication or related field.
  • Prior experience in commercial or residential construction projects involving aluminum structures
