Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Conduct through market research to identify potential clients and industries that require PRO services.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Manage the relationship between the customers & companies and various government organizations and authorities.
  • Provide timely and efficient services related to governmentrelated jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Immigration, Ministry of Labor and consulates, and Business Licenses.
  • Act as a key interface between the company and the government, ensuring that all requirements are met, and all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Maintain accurate records of all the services provided.
  • Stay up to date with the everchanging government rules and regulations, and be able to manage urgent tasks with short notice.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a PRO in a business setup company in UAE, with a strong understanding of government organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent education
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Good influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
