Responsibilities:

  • Proficient use of the Opera system for all receptionrelated tasks.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk, ensuring all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) are readily available.
  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, resolve any complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming calls, including redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages.
  • Handle the receipt and distribution of letters, packages, etc.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare outgoing mail, and manage parcel security.
  • Monitor office supplies and initiate orders when stock levels are low.
  • Maintain updated records and files, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Oversee office expenses and costs to ensure budget adherence.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required, such as managing travel arrangements and scheduling.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or similar role within the customer service field.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office management, basic bookkeeping practices, and organizational protocols.
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Problemsolving skills, including the capability to handle guest complaints gracefully.
  • A High School diploma is required; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields will be considered an asset.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
