Full job description

1.Manage overall payroll process and ensure salary distribution on 5th of every month.

2. Distribute cash salary for temporary or visit visa holders on 5th of every month.

3. To coordinate and ensure Emirati staff pension registration and monthly pension payments.

4. Manage employees' new visa inside country and outside country and ensure timely completion of visa process without any fine and maintain proper documents in to the employee file.

5. Regularly review the company's workforce size to ensure compliance with the policy of keeping the employee count below 49 in each sponsor.

6. Manage Employee Salary advance request and collect approval from concerned authority.

7. Conduct HR Exit interviews and prepare reports and share to the head of department.

8. Manage Visa security refund deposit as per staff request.

9. Manage employee end of benefit.

10. Manage MOL Bank guarantee refunds.

11. Manage employee Leave salary request for eligible staffs.

12. Process Salary certificate, pay slip, Experience certificate, employment certificate and other certificates up on employee request.

13. Ensure WPS Clearance every month. Deposit and withdraw the amount from salary cards.

14. Verification of Visa related petty and all other expenses and submit to the accounts department.

15. Ensure to send Head office salary advance deduction report every month to the concern authority.

16. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the HRMS database, ensuring it functions optimally and efficiently.

17. Support for HRMS implementation process and database preparation.

18. Ensure and complete visit visa staffs salary increment asper the condition after the approval from the management.

19. Manage workmen compensation insurance claims and ensure reimbursement.
