We, Allister Real Estate LLC located in Oud Mehta are looking for an enthusiastic, professional leasing agent to assist us with marketing and leasing properties.

The leasing agent will ensure properties are maintained effectively, market properties and screen prospective tenants.

You will preserve favorable relations with property owners and tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.

You will oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants, and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks.


We, Allister Real Estate LLC located in Oud Mehta are looking for an enthusiastic, professional highly motivated and skilled Sales Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties within the region. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and facilitate successful property transactions.

This position requires exceptional sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and direct marketing.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with current trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties by providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Actively build and maintain a database of potential buyers and sellers, ensuring regular followup and nurturing of leads.
  • Conduct property viewings, presenting properties to clients, highlighting key features, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Guide clients through the negotiation and sales process, presenting offers, and facilitating counteroffers to secure favorable agreements.
  • Collaborate with property owners, developers, and landlords to list and market properties effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish longterm relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand professional networks and promote company services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent or similar role in the real estate industry in Dubai, preferably not less than 1 year.
  • Indepth knowledge of the primary real estate market, property laws, and regulations in the UAE.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong networking abilities and the capability to generate leads and referrals.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively showcase properties and communicate with diverse clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and online property portals.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Handsome commission will be shared

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
