Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointment

  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are wellresearched
  • Work with clients on stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for client
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

c) Work Requirement:

  • Handle Bayut and Broker pad
  • Generate client leads to buy, sell, and invest in property.
  • Develop and maintain related filing system;
  • Provide general support as and when required;
  • Liaise with executive management to handle and support work related administrative functions

Pay:
AED4, AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Listing: 1 year (required)
