  • Program and input Gcode instructions into the CNC machine for precise cutting operations.
  • Monitor the cutting process, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired cutting quality and accuracy.
  • Inspect cut components with quality control, identifying any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to review cutting requirements and resolve any technical issues.
  • Maintain and organize inventory of materials, consumables, and tooling required for the CNC plasma cutting process.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the CNC machine to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety in the workshop.

Requirements:

  • 68 years of local UAE experience as a CNC plasma cutter operator in a structural fabrication and repair workshop or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC plasma cutting machines and experience with Gcode programming.
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce precise cuts according to design specifications.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to troubleshoot cutting issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Diploma, Bachelors or equivalent qualification is required. Additional certifications or training in CNC plasma cutting, welding, or structural fabrication are desirable.
