Build on something that mattersRole summary:

You will be working within our international Supply Chain team participating in the assigned project's works and services to ensure all deliverables are delivered as per the Procurement Plan requirements (Timeline, Pricing, Documentation).


What you will need to do:

Oversee the procurement process for mechanicalmaterials (pipes, piping, valves, fittings, seals, tubes, compressors, fans, flanges, pumpsand related materials etc.), ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on emerging materials, technologies, and supplier capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify precise material requirements and technical specifications for various Items.

Evaluate supplier proposals Both technical & Commercial to ensure full compliance with Project Requirements &General Terms & ConditionsNegotiate the contracts to secure competitive prices and maintain quality standards.

Post Orders activities including expediting during the detail design, Manufacturing and LogisticsConduct thorough inspections of procured materials to ensure they meet the required specifications and industry standardsMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline procurement process & operations.


What you will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 8years experience in EPC projects, with minimum 3 years in Design / Engineering departmentOil &Gasexperience is a must (ADNOC/ARAMCO experience is highly preferable)


Experience in dealing with suppliers & sub-contractors; strong negotiation skillsExperience in pipingequipment (pipes, piping, valves, fittings, seals, tubes, compressors, fans, flanges, pumpsand related materials etc.)is a must.

Professional knowledge in ERP Procurement software as part of your prior experienceIn-depth knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations, standards, and best practicesAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Excellent English command (written and oral)Computer literacy, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) for generating reports, analyzing data, and creating presentationsYou are someone who:

Holds strong analytical skills having a keen eye on details; you love numbers, and you see yourself mastering data across a wide range of analysis' requirements with accuracy.
