  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Experience in Processing import/export customs declarations arranging. transportation and delivery.
  • Export & Import Documentation Experience required.
  • Liaison with Dubai/Sharjah Customs & Port Authorities.
  • Ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance, and Delivery of Shipments.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the management.
  • Coordinating with suppliers/associated document teams' shipmentwise documentary instructions.
  • Submitting preshipment documentation and documentary instructions with relevant teams/authorities.
  • Follow up on document drafts. Preparation of draft shipment documents where necessary.
  • Ensure that daily cheque/telex/ cash transactions are carried out as required.
