You will be in charge of driving sales and growth for Wedded Wonderland, curating inspiration for Venue Wonderland, managing venue bookings, and creating impactful magazine content for Get Wedded In.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Global Business Development Manager to lead our expansion and strengthen our global presence. This role requires a visionary professional dedicated to building relationships and exploring new business opportunities. You will spearhead our market expansion strategies, enhancing our global footprint and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase our market share globally.
  • Build strong relationships with key industry players such as venues, vendors, and planners.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address market needs and promotional strategies.
  • Offer insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Wonder Group at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, preferably in hospitality, events, or the wedding industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expanding business into new markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a willingness to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
