Job DescriptionAs our next Receptionist, you...Are the 'face Novotel London West',extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.Make the link with the different departments of the hotel to ensure a wonderful guest experience.
Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skillsA little more information:

By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 150 talents.Our hotel offers 630 spacious rooms and 33 dedicated conference, meeting and events spaces suitable for 1 to 2,000 people, no other venue in London is as well equipped or as flexibleQualificationsFluent in English, both written and spoken (and a 2nd language would be a plus).Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
Must be legally eligible to work in UK.
