Full job description

We are looking for a Female Admin & Accounts candidate, preferably from with at least 2-3 years of UAE Experience, who will be reporting to the Finance Manager as well as the CEO. The Candidate must be a qualified accountant with good experience and expert use of EXCEL WORD & Telly software along with other supporting software, like outlook. The candidate must be able to handle diverse tasks of different nature and must have strong problem solving capabilities.

1. Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

2*. Documentation and Filing:*

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.

3. Support to Management:

  • Provide administrative support to management and other staff as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Coordinate and organize company events and meetings.

4. Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and training new employees.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Accounts Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating and withholding taxes.

3. Budgeting and Reporting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
  • Maintain ledgers for rental properties

4. Compliance and Audits:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain records for tax preparation and ensure timely submission of tax returns.

5. Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CA, ACCA, CMA fully or partly qualified will be preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
