We are currently looking to hire a talented HR and Office Administrator who would be interested in joining our motivated and friendly team as we look to grow our business.

As the
HR and Office Administrator, you must perform the following duties:
  • Compile and analyse data to create insightful spreadsheets for decision
  • making purposes.
  • Utilizing the company's CRM and resources.
  • Uphold office organization and efficiency, maintaining a tidy workspace for enhanced productivity.
  • Support the HR team with reference requests, absence management, holiday tracking, and new starter & leaver processes.
  • Assist with various ad hoc HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Eligible to work in Dubai with valid UAE Residence Visa
  • Proficient in MS Excel & MS 36
  • Business Administration/Communications/Finance/Data Analytics based degree.
  • Experience working with data management systems.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining business reports, financial data sheets and CRM databases.
  • Possessing a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work at Downtown Dubai (walking distance from Burj Khalifa Metro Station)
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
