  • Develop and manage the master programme for the project
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme-related activities
  • Proactive management of contractor's programme
  • Detailed reviews of contractor programme
  • Monitoring the planning and project controls works for conformance with project procedures
  • Develop and monitor the permitting and authority approvals process for the project
  • Prepare baseline programme
  • Prepare monthly reports and recovery plans (when applicable)
  • Preparing and finalizing weekly progress report submissions and weekly quantity reports
  • Provide the Project Manager with weekly progress updates, forecast completions, together with critical path and trend analyses
  • Consistent assessment of the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and 'what if' scenarios to aid project management decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Engineer and Contractor in resolving any and all project schedule issues
  • Review and analyze contractors' claims and prepare recommendations reports
  • Experience working on high end mixed-use projects.
  • BSc in relevant discipline
  • Must have considerable pre-contract and post-contract experience on major projects
  • Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience with P6 software
