Job Overview: Weare seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join ourteam in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing effective search engine optimizationstrategies to improve our online presence drive organic traffic andincrease our search engine rankings. This role requires a deepunderstanding of SEO best practices a passion for staying currentwith industry trends and the ability to work collaboratively withour marketing and content teams.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • SEOStrategy Development:
  • Develop executeand monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility andorganic search rankings.
  • Conduct keywordresearch to identify target keywords andphrases.
  • Analyze competitors and identifyopportunities for growth.
  • OnPageOptimization:
  • Optimize websitecontent meta tags headers and images forSEO.
  • Ensure website structure and navigationenhance user experience and SEOperformance.
  • Implement and maintain schemamarkup and structured data.
  • OffPageOptimization:
  • Develop and executelinkbuilding strategies to acquire highqualitybacklinks.
  • Monitor and manage our onlinepresence on various platforms.
  • Collaborate withinfluencers bloggers and industry experts to enhance our brandvisibility.
  • ContentStrategy:
  • Work closely with thecontent team to develop SEOfriendlycontent.
  • Provide guidance on content creationand optimization based on keywordresearch.
  • Monitor content performance andsuggest improvements.
  • TechnicalSEO:
  • Conduct regular website auditsto identify and fix technical SEOissues.
  • Ensure website speed mobilefriendlinessand security are optimized.
  • Implement andmaintain SEO tools andplugins.
  • Analytics andReporting:
  • Monitor analyze and reporton SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Consoleand other SEO software.
  • Provide regular reportson website traffic rankings and conversionrates.
  • Use datadriven insights to continuouslyrefine and improve SEOstrategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business IT or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialistor similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of searchengine algorithms ranking factors and SEO bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such asGoogle Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs andMoz.
  • Strong understanding of HTML CSS andJavaScript as they relate to SEO.
  • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strongcommunication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability tostay uptodate with the latest SEO trends and algorithmupdates.

PreferredSkills:

  • Experience withcontent management systems (e.g.WordPress).
  • Familiarity with local SEOstrategies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of PPCand other digital marketingstrategies.
