Job Description

The local production team is under the Executive Producer's direction and control. They are in charge of overseeing every aspect of production, including choosing partners for the project, setting deadlines and budgets, and procuring deliverables from various sources. This person must be extremely knowledgeable about the creative deliverables for a variety of media. A person who can bring creative ideas to life and elevate the work through tight cooperation with the creative team will be the ideal choice. The Executive Producer should not only have a wide network of production contacts but also be someone who builds relationships with outside production partners while ensuring that production procedures are followed and have a good effect on the work. The Executive Producer will be in charge of organizing meetings with managers of business affairs and producers as well as serving as the office lead for production. This entails providing consistent guidance and oversight to producers both locally and remotely. The Executive Producer will keep in touch with agency creativity and client interaction on a top level. The Executive Producer will work across offices as volume requires and will directly report to the Head of Production, even though local work and clients will be the main focus. The Executive Producer should find quick, economical solutions to issues. They should be able to manage numerous tasks at once. It is crucial to be familiar with the daily ebb and flow of an agency and to understand how to interact most effectively with the several alignment teams dispersed throughout various offices around the USA.

Qualifications:
  • supports customer engagement groups by responding to their inquiries and requests for assistance. They will also be able to see the tasks queued up in Integrated Production and distribute work locally as needed.
  • Collaborate with the digital desk to determine what content should go where, and then distribute it.
  • EP role is a working producer role and the EP will be expected to produce jobs as volume dictates.
  • Maintains vigil over producers' timetables for all local market production activity.
  • In close collaboration with authorized alignment teams and taking into account both production volume and projected expenditures, establish annual scopes for clients.
  • You will be in charge of finding and hiring any freelance producers your project requires.
  • Leads the training and mentoring of new producers, as well as providing ongoing support for their professional growth and development.
  • Facilitates the launch of new products and services by handling bookings and scheduling of production sessions.
  • Discuss newscasts with the staff regularly, both as a group and with individual producers.
  • works in tandem with the writers and directors to accomplish organizational goals.

  • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment is a must.
