Due to an exciting time of expansion and growth we are looking for a Vice Principal at Khalidya branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe, orderly, and smooth functioning environment conducive to learning.
  • Support and administer the annual school assessment working in conjunction with the school SLT and school department leaders.
  • Collaborate with the SLT to supervise and evaluate teachers, supervisors and curriculum support staff as assigned.
  • Provide leadership in screening and interviewing applicants including nonteaching positions, and/or recommending of applicants to be interviewed.
  • Direct and monitor whole school assessment including directing the IGCSE student assessments, overseeing the processes related to assessment and reporting student attainment and progress and data collection.
  • Assist, develop and implement plans for staff CPD development that facilitates professional growth and enhance the quality and efficiency of teaching.
Minimum Qualifications and experience

  • Master Degree in Education of Degree with PGCE is essential
  • 7 Years educational Experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles IGCSE Experience and ability to lead whole school development projects
Additional Qualifications or experience

  • NPQH
  • Current or previous roles as Principal for British Curriculum school
  • English Native speaker
