Job Description

Tax AssociateDubai, UAELeading CompanyAED 20,000 + BonusNTS Group are representing a leading multi national to recruit a Tax Associate for the team.

The role will be reporting into the CFO and duties will include;Ensuring the company and its affiliates comply with legal compliance obligations with primary responsibilities for the preparation and review of Tax returns across all jurisdictions where the company has a legal presence.


Specific Outcomes / Accountability:

  • Assist Preparation and filing of Tax returns and other submissions as required (for e.g. payroll and social welfare submission)
  • Working with External Service providers in managing compliance across the EMENAC region
  • Maintain company's Tax records fully up to date at all times
  • Ensure legal / tax compliances for the region and flag areas of concern/ Assist with calculation of corporate tax and deferred tax figures for inclusion into the accounts
  • Assist in preparation and response in relation to Tax audits as required
  • Assist in provision of tax advice to the business as required Job Category Accounting & Audit

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Preferably ACCA, CPA, CA) + 2 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge in accounting systems / ERP and MS Office (extensive)
  • Five to six years of professional work experience

Involved in complex reconciliationsKey Attributes:

  • Ideally with international experience dealing with multi jurisdiction tax assignments
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and eager to learn / grow with the organization
  • Hardworking, high sense of responsibility, attention to detail and result oriented
  • Comfortable working in high pressure environment within a small team
  • Work within stipulated timelines
