About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specifically focusing on Annual Maintenance contract renewals.

As a Sales Representative responsible for contracts renewals, your primary goal will be to engage with existing clients, build strong relationships, and successfully negotiate contract renewals to drive revenue growth.

Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of our products and services, will be crucial in maximizing contract renewals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements/ Qualification

  • Proven Sales Experience: A track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with experience in contract renewals, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and propose tailored solutions that align with client needs.
  • Customerfocused: Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver outstanding service.
  • Resultsoriented: Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment and open to adapting strategies to meet changing market conditions.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Renewal Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients, reaching out to them in a timely manner to initiate contract renewal discussions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with clients to secure timely contract renewals, including price adjustments, terms, and conditions, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction.
  • Crossselling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client relationships by presenting additional products, services, or upgrades that align with their needs and objectives.
  • Customer Retention: Employ effective retention strategies to minimize contract cancellations and maximize customer satisfaction, actively addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular reports on contract renewal progress, sales forecasts, and other relevant metrics to the sales management team.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any postsales requirements or concerns.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, leveraging this knowledge to identify new opportunities and develop effective renewal strategies.
