Writing and editing proposal content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
Formatting and designing proposals to enhance readability and visual appeal.
Maintaining a database of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other relevant materials.
Conducting research to support proposal development, including market analysis and competitor research.
Assisting in the development of proposal strategies and win discussions.
Managing multiple proposals simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively.
Registering with customers and ensuring compliance with customer registration processes.
Participating in proposal review meetings and incorporating feedback into final proposals. MandatoryDegree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
PreferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
EXPERIENCE (Work related)The candidate should have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, e.g. Proposal Coordinator, Estimating, Commercial. Working knowledge of the Middle East is preferred.
