Job Overview:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in Nursing profession or related field (highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical profession (preferred)
  • Valid UAE nursing license or registration in progress
  • Strong compassion, patience, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to perform essential duties (lifting, transferring, etc.)
  • Proficient in English (and Arabic, highly preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UAE.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in home healthcare or a related setting in UAE.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in developing and implementing care and plans.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the home healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement care plans for clients in accordance with their needs and physician orders.
  • Supervise and mentor nurses and other healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Assist in budget development and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
