The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing our business development team potential, crafting business plans and winning clients, partners and profits.

What you'll be doing Gather and lead a team to pursue the long-term goals;
Identify potential partners, trends and target market needs to develop new business opportunities;
Establish business network and initiate contacts with potential partners;
Negotiate commercial terms, legal terms, and mutual commitments;
Analyze and optimize commercial terms with current partners;
Analyze effectiveness of existing partnership sales channels and develop new prospects;
Provide necessary marketing materials and campaigns for partners;
Keep sales strategies and business plans working effectively. Who we're looking for Minimum 5 years of whole business development experience within the financial sector in MENA region;
Must have full professional proficiency English and Arabic communication skills;
