Prioritize painting guest request and public areas.
Determines if special treatment is required in surface to be painted.
Knows how to operate and use all the painting materials and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Have a basic knowledge in all types of painting activities spray painting, brush painting and etc.
Knows the basic paint mixing techniques to achieve the desired colour of paint.
Ensures that safety & health procedures are adhered to at all times.
Stores volatile & flammable material in proper manner according to department proceduresUses safety equipment when working.
Ensures that surrounding environment is not pulled by discharge of dirty paint by disposing dirty paint & chemical in appropriate manner.
Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used.Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
Attends scheduled trainings.
Adheres to the set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.

Conserves water & energy by adhering to the environmental / energy conservation checklist for his area.
Participates in activities concerning the protection of the environment.
Implements the identified Best Practices in the work area.
Practices the guiding principles in day to day interaction.
Maintain the 5 star professional hygiene and appearance at all times as per hotel policy and standard.
Contribute to the hotel's profitability by ensuring the compliant to the hotel's environmental policy and buildings environmental controls and energy conservation systems at all times.
Any other duties as directed by the managementEnsuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law.
