  • Conduct topographicboundary and construction surveys to determine land elevationsboundaries and features using advanced surveying equipment andtechniques.
  • Prepare and maintainaccurate survey records including field notes sketches and surveydata to support project planning anddecisionmaking.
  • Assist in thepreparation of survey reports maps and drawings documenting surveyresults and presenting findings to project stakeholders asneeded.
  • Collaborate with projectmanagers engineers architects and other construction professionalsto provide surveying support and ensure project objectives aremet.
  • Establish and maintain surveycontrol points and benchmarks to facilitate accurate measurementsand ensure consistency throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • Monitor and verifyconstruction activities to ensure compliance with designspecifications survey data and qualitystandards.
  • Conduct asbuilt surveysto document the location and dimensions of completed structuresutilities and infrastructure for recordkeeping and futurereference.
  • Adhere to safetyregulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environmentfor oneself and others on the constructionsite.
  • Keep abreast of industrydevelopments advancements in surveying technology and changes inregulations to continuously improve surveying processes andprocedures.


Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Surveying Geomatics Civil Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 35 years ofexperience working as a Land Surveyor in the construction industrypreferably in Dubai or the Middle Eastregion.
  • Proficiency in operatingsurveying instruments such as total stations GPS equipment anddigital levels as well as surveying software for data processingand analysis.
  • Strong knowledge ofsurveying principles techniques and methodologies includingtopographic surveying boundary surveying and constructionlayout.
  • Familiarity with localregulations codes and standards related to land surveying andconstruction activities inDubai.
  • Excellent organizational andtime management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks andmeet project deadlines.
  • Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to workcollaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
  • Attention to detail andaccuracy in conducting surveys and recordingdata.
  • Valid drivers license andwillingness to travel to various construction sites asneeded.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Professionalcertification or licensure as a LandSurveyor.
  • Experience using advancedsurveying techniques such as 3D laser scanning and dronesurveying.
  • Knowledge of BIM(Building Information Modelling) and its application inconstructionsurveying.


Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, orrelated field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a LandSurveyor in the construction industry, preferably in Dubai or theMiddle East region. Proficiency in operating surveying instruments,such as total stations, GPS equipment, and digital levels, as wellas surveying software for data processing and analysis. Strongknowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and methodologies,including topographic surveying, boundary surveying, andconstruction layout. Familiarity with local regulations, codes, andstandards related to land surveying and construction activities inDubai. Excellent organizational and time management skills, withthe ability to prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting surveys andrecording data. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel tovarious construction sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications:Professional certification or licensure as a Land Surveyor.Experience using advanced surveying techniques, such as 3D laserscanning and drone surveying. Knowledge of BIM (BuildingInformation Modelling) and its application in constructionsurveying.
