As a Secretary you will assume the duty of:

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them as & when necessary
  • Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
  • Undertake Receptionist duties Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate
orders

  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain Good Housekeeping & Pantry Functions
  • Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda for Senior Management
and arrange new meetings and appointments

  • File and update contact information of employees, customers,
suppliers and external partners

  • Clerical and administrative support to other team members in order to
optimize workflow procedures in the office

  • Assisting colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning
and distributing information

  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Any other assignment given by Management based on your skills and
capabilities.

Experience:

- receptionist/secretary: 5 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Tagalog (preferred)

Salary:
AED2,500 to per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
