Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Train and develop staff members on service techniques, menu knowledge, and company standards.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, set performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and a guestcentric approach.
  • Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalised service throughout the inroom dining experience.
  • Monitor service standards to maintain consistency and exceed guest expectations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu offerings, including dietary restrictions and special requests.
  • Oversee the ordertaking process and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor order tracking systems and ensure efficient communication between staff members and the kitchen team.
  • Ensure proper setup and presentation of inroom dining orders, including tableware, condiments, and additional amenities.
  • Monitor order accuracy, ensuring all items are delivered as per the guest's request and quality standards are met.
