Civil Supervisor

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating civil construction activities on our projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in civil engineering, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, structural works, and road works.
• Manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure work is executed in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, design changes, and scope variations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, progress photographs, and asbuilt drawings.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to construction crews, promoting a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years UAE Experience is mandatory.
• A valid UAE Driving license is mandatory.
• Immediately joiners can only apply.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in civil construction supervision, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate construction teams.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Professional certifications or licenses related to construction supervision are a plus

Salary will be discussed with you in an interview with your qualification and experience.

Pay:
AED4, AED7,500.00 per month
