Job description
General Description

  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers, search for and bid on new projects, negotiate, and close deals with customers.
  • Develop / implement effective sales strategies and reach the sales monthly target.
  • Address customer queries and help them make the right purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present accurate and detailed sales reports.
  • Determine the customer's goals and Project's requirements.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Full understanding of Fit Out & Furniture specification for commercial and residential projects.
  • Search / visit new sites and Assist in the preparation of project's presentation.
  • Briefing management once the projects have been secured and assisting with general communications until the contract handover.
  • Coordinate with other staff and ensure the team delivers the client requirements on schedule and to the highest standard.
  • Coordinate with finance to follow up with clients on payments and ensure a steady cash flow for projects.
Experience Guidelines

  • University degree in business Admin, interior design, Sales or equivalent
skills.
Minimum Work Experience: 3 Years

  • Proven record in outdoor sales and technical knowledge in Furniture.
  • Familiar in contemporary furniture design and models.
  • UAE Driving License and own car (an added advantage).
  • Excellent verbal and written English, Arabic Language would be an advantage.
  • Professional MS office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Photoshop and AutoCAD (an added advantage).
