Looking for a Well experienced Electrician cum Plumber


The landscape electrician cum plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and plumbing systems in outdoor environments such as gardens, parks, and outdoor recreational areas.

This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation and safety of outdoor electrical and plumbing infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

Electrical Work:

  • Install outdoor lighting systems, including pathway lights, garden lights, and security lighting, ensuring proper wiring and fixture placement.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in outdoor environments, such as malfunctioning lighting fixtures or wiring problems.
  • Conduct electrical inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Pump and related works

Plumbing Work:

  • Install and maintain irrigation systems for gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas, including sprinklers, drip irrigation, and drainage systems.
  • Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as outdoor faucets, hoses, and irrigation valves to ensure proper functioning.
  • Detect and repair leaks in outdoor plumbing systems, including underground pipes and irrigation lines.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to electrical and plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure the safety of outdoor electrical and plumbing installations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and hazards in outdoor environments.

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with landscape designers, architects, and project managers to integrate electrical and plumbing systems into landscape designs.
  • Plan and schedule installation, maintenance, and repair tasks to meet project deadlines and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with other tradespeople, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of outdoor projects.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of electrical and plumbing work, including installation diagrams, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
  • Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience 5 years as a landscape electrician, plumber, or in a related field.
  • Certification or license as an electrician and plumber, as required by local regulations.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, components, and materials used in outdoor environments.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical and plumbing installations.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Additional Information:

  • This is a fulltime position based in Dubai
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required, especially during peak seasons or for urgent repair jobs.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
