As the HR Professional you will:
Have a genuine affinity for service delivery, engagement, understanding client requirements and care.

Ability to provide professional HR consulting services to the various clients across the GCC to ensure understanding and to build confidence with the client in terms of how things work in the region and how best to deploy.

Provide a value-add service to our employer of record (EOR) customers to ensure a positive and long-lasting experience of care and professionalism.

Manage the various clients through the HR value chain from start to finish, ensuring professional care for both employee and employer.

Be constantly looking at ways to improve our service and explore opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
Embed the People2.0 values and build the reputation of People2.0 as an employer of choice.
You will enjoy and succeed in this job if:
Provide the strategic interface to EOR employees through the provision of high-quality guidance, direction and support.

Use your understanding of the client and the employee to identify the people management requirements and to establish credibility as an expert in HR support.

Contribute to the direction, strategy and management of the HR Department as an outsourced HR Professional to various clients.

Able to build good relationships and to collaborate with the various Manpower Partners that we work with in the GCC to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients across the GCC.Work in partnership with and provide guidance to the dedicated PRO (across the GCC) to ensure a smooth and efficient journey through the PRO touchpoints.

Work in close partnership with internal and EMEA People2.0 teams and service areas including Accounts, Pay & Bill, Contractor Care and Client Success to ensure a seamless service delivery and client care towards your clients and employees.

Lead and participate as required in EMEA driven HR working groups involved in the development and promotion of HR policy and procedures, operational efficiency and cost-saving studies and service improvement initiatives.

Provide updates and management reporting as required for relevant EOR and HR Outsourced clients.

Experience and Qualifications required:

A degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification; a diploma in Personnel Management /CIPD, or a related qualification in HR will be an advantage.

3-6 years progressively HR generalist experience with a strong background in line interfacing roles, onboarding, employee engagement, policy development, performance management, separation management.

At least 3 years in the UAE and familiar with UAE Labour law and local HR Practices. GCC experience will be an added benefit.
