e. Achieve sales booking, invoicing, margin target, andfollow up the payment collection.

f. Responsible for achieving his individual salestargets, maintaining profit margins targets and KPI's, and prepare reports forthe line manager.

g. Review enquiries and guide application team in makingquotations / proposal and follow up submittals and approvals.

h. Prepare estimations, submit commercial proposal and technicalsubmittal, shop drawings for consultant / client approval, follow up forapproval, advance payment, and attend site meetings.

i. May require frequent travelling to all emirates.

j. Continue to develop the knowledge of applicableinternational standards and local regulations relative to the domain of work.

2. Clients and Prospects:

a. Maintain cordial and friendly relationship withclients/ consultants/ contractors.

b. Understand the client needs and generate inquiries forthe product range.

c. Preparing estimations and sending quotations to thecustomers, follow up for the quotations sent, and attend technical/commercialmeeting with clients.

d. Create and deliver powerful presentations and demosthat clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.

e. Follow-up with the clients on the quotations submittedto secure orders.

f. Negotiate the contractual/commercial terms.

3. Market

a. Promoting and selling our product range of Al Arabia –Door Systems & Loading Dock Solutions.

b. Follow-up on new Projects / business opportunitiescoming-up in the market and keep up-to-date knowledge with the industry trendsand competition.

4. Orders & Executions:

a. Coordinate with Installation, Service team, and / or localsuppliers if required for sales related activities.

b. Manage all queries raised by client and continue tosupport Installation Department while project is ongoing according to theirneed and maintain relationship with client for securing future projects.

c. Collect and document client needs and competitive intelligencefor future product enhancements.

Requirements

1. Education and experience:

§ B.Sc. degree inEngineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)

§ 4-6 Years of experience in Automatic Doors /Industrial Doors / Dock Products, or similar field.

§ At least 4 years working experience in Sales,preferably dealing contactors and consultants. With proven sales track record.

§ Experience incorporate environment would be an advantage.

§ HoldingUAE driving license is mandatory .

2. Personal Qualities:

§ Presentable, Multilingual, with AssertiveInterpersonal and Communication Skills

§ Professional, Confident, Organized, Punctual and willingfor continuous improvement.

3. Technical Skills

§ Advanced user for Windows Operating System - MicrosoftApplications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)

§ Working knowledge on AutoCAD is an added advantage.

§ Fluent English, excellentgrammar, and professional writing skills.
