Culinary expert who takes responsibility for quality of end products and constantly works towards optimization of your kitchen.

Trainer:

coaches and monitors the culinary competency of team members; leads by example, maintaining healthy working relationships between team members.


Brands Chef:

partnering with a heads of consumer, ensures that standards are fully executed; facilitates the on-boarding of new item and brands; collects and shares feedback with the Heads of consumer team to support success of the brands.


Administrator:
is responsible for inventory management, ordering, product availability, waste control and FCR.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensures excellent kitchen operations through quality, speed and accuracy, to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Is responsible for brands' satisfaction and adhering to the recipes and standards
  • Oversees inventory, availability, FCR and other food related KPIs and P&L
  • Ensures that all sanitation, safety and security policies and procedures are observed and enforced
  • Trains and monitors the culinary competency of team members; supports their growth and career development
  • Partners with consumer chefs to urgently address all occurring problems and supports the implementation of
- new initiatives; is involved in on-boarding of new brands

  • Works with facilities team to ensure proper performance and maintenance of kitchen equipment
