HR Assistant/recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in creating job postings and advertisements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
Employee Relations:
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and issues.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management.
- Support the HR team during audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
