RoleDescription

Strong demandhas given rise to an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Solution Lead to joinour rapidly expanding team, with proven pre-sales experience in Oracle SupplyChain, ERP & ideally Manufacturing solutions.

This person will help usunderstand and translate client requirements, and lead the creation of acompelling solutioning response which will form a key part of our sales process& provide a smooth transition into design.

We are looking for a creative, curious, self-motivated andresult-oriented team player with a skill set across the following areas:
Architectingsolutions across end-to-end business processes using modern businessprocesses and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud, coordinating other SMEs asneeded.

Articulating thevalue of such solutions to our customers as part of sales and presalesengagement, including leading solution walk through and demos.

Understanding theprospect and opportunity requirement and drive end to end proposal processin terms of business solution, estimation, project plan, pricing,methodology and differentiators by coordinating with multiple SMEs in theorganization to generate a unified and winning preposition.

Lead customer/ prospect interactions of the requirement and as per need of the timelead proposal presentations to the customer.

Buildtrusted relationships with Oracle's sales & pre-sales team to jointlytarget customer opportunities, and building winning solutions that drawupon current and roadmap capabilities, augmented by InspireXT'saccelerators & assets.

The successful candidate will beexpected to showcase InspireXT's differentiated value proposition to thecustomer and support the closure of sales process.

Demonstratinga empathy to the business and industry challenges, trends &opportunities, and ability to apply these to Oracle's Supply Chain,Manufacturing & ERP capabilities.

Developing understandingof InspireXT's 'Connected' solutions and Managed Services propositions,and be able to articulate the value to a client's requirements &roadmap.

Taking apragmatic approach to creating a bespoke solution and roadmap for ourclients that draws upon InspireXT's experience & accelerators.
Become awell-respected industry expert through speaking & writing at eventsand on social channels.
Location

The primary focus is supporting clientactivity in UK & Ireland, but will be part of a global team that supportsclient engagements across US & Canada, Middle East & India.

A UK base is preferred - however, we areflexible to candidate location.

Fluent business & technical English isrequired, as is the ability to frequently support in person meetings withOracle & client contacts within the UK & Ireland market.

RequirementsSuccessfulcandidate will meet all or majority of the following requirements:Excellentcommunication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.12+ yearsof design and development of Oracle enabled supply chain solutions,including experience of the pre-sales role.

Businessprocess expertise coupled with architectural skills. Particular experiencein retail, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries will beadvantageous.
Demonstrableexpertise in Oracle Supply Chain and ERP Cloud (including Oraclecertification), with particular focus on some of the following.

Oracle Order Management and OrchestrationOracle Product ManagementOracle Inventory and Cost ManagementOracle Manufacturing and MaintenanceManagementOracle Supply Chain PlanningOracle ERPOracle Logistics and TransportationGoodunderstanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., financeand customer experience.
