Guest Services:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, escorting them to their rooms and familiarizing them with hotel amenities.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, preferences, and special requests promptly and courteously.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and assistance with dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a professional and discreet presence while interacting with guests, ensuring their privacy and comfort at all times.

Butler Services:

  • Provide personalized butler services, including unpacking and packing luggage, pressing garments, and arranging inroom amenities.
  • Coordinate room service orders, dining reservations, and special requests, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Offer turndown service, preparing rooms for evening occupancy and providing additional amenities as requested.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.

Concierge Duties:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
  • Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers, car rentals, and chauffeurdriven vehicles, as requested by guests.
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases, tour bookings, and other recreational activities, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure all eventrelated services, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and décor, are delivered according to the guest's specifications.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff and departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and interactions, using the hotel's guest relationship management system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar hospitality role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and provide personalized service to guests.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the high standards of the hotel brand.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to resolve guest issues and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options preferred.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the hotel and its guests.
  • Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the hotel's guest demographics.
