As a Graphic Designer at Marckirsten Group, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually captivating designs across various platforms.

Tasks

As a Graphic Designer at the Marc Kirsten Group, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for digital media, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, packaging, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into impactful design solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into your designs to keep our brand relevant and competitive.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Conduct design research and gather inspiration from various sources to enhance the quality and uniqueness of your work.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

To excel as a Graphic Designer at the Marc Kirsten Group, we expect the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a related role with an outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • AI technologies/programs knowledge
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Uptodate knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
