Project Managers at Evolution are directly involved in communicating with our clients to plan and execute their events. We expect the Project Manager to work with the client and our internal teams to deliver events to the highest industry standards by managing the project lifecycle and all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

You will be responsible for communicating with the client on assigned projects. This involves maintaining a relationship with the client(s), taking briefs from clients, and being available as the primary point of contact for client requests and inquiries prior to, during and after events.

It will be your responsibility to actively follow-up with your assigned clients to build the relationship and keep informed of upcoming opportunities.

Manage the client's expectations during project executions to ensure their goals are met, and project challenges are overcome and communicated to the client.

Project planning and execution:

You will be responsible for managing new project inquiries from start to finish, including handling the pitch proposal process for new inquires. This involves working closely with, and overseeing, internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the right resources are allocated to the project to maximise Evolution's proposal impact.

You will be directly responsible for preparing a comprehensive project plan for the whole project duration and identifying all relevant project phases. This involves setting deadlines for internal teams, external contractors, the client, and project stakeholders.

During the project execution, you will be responsible for identifying and managing project risks and challenges, providing plans for mitigating and solving issues, and communicate relevant issues and solutions to the client.

You will work closely with Evolution's internal teams to keep track of the project status and maintain ongoing action status reporting with the client throughout the project.

Content Management:

You will be responsible for liaising with the client to obtain and digest their event content for each project. The content, and the client's communications goals will need to be translated into relevant designs, animations, videos, campaign materials, etc. under your supervision.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all designs and branded materials are in line with the client's communications goals, by overseeing internal teams and obtaining relevant client approvals as required.

Budgeting & Supplier Management

The Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive project budget. This includes managing rates and costs from internal and external suppliers.

During the project life cycle, you will be responsible for monitoring costs and delivery timelines for all services in tandem with the Production Manager and other internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for maintaining an expenses budget for the project and oversee staff expenses, incidentals, and manage budget changes with the client and internal departments.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the budget expenses stay within projected parameters and that the profitability of the project is maintained and prioritised.

Requirements:

Must have a positive can-do attitude. We're looking for someone who is used to, and thrives, in a busy environment where project goals can shift and evolve.

Strong MS Office proficiency. Particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

8+ years of solid project management experience (with 3+ years having been in the UAE minimum).

Experienced working in a creative environment is a plus.

Experience with Project Management systems and software is a plus.
