We are now embarking on an ambitious international expansion strategy through a franchise model, aiming to disrupt the construction industry on a global scale.

We seek a visionary and passionate leader to spearhead this transformation as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The preferred candidate for this role would have amassed good experience working at an executive level with any of the top real estate developers in the GCC.


Position Overview:


The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company, setting the strategic direction, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business.

This role is suited for a visionary leader with a track record of achieving sustainable profitability and growth, particularly within emerging markets.

The CEO will be the driving force behind our mission, fostering a culture of innovation, and leading our team towards achieving our ambitious goals.

The main purpose of the CEO's job is to lead the entire company according to the long-term mission, vision, values, and objectives set by the Board of Directors and yearly drive the company based on the approved budget.

RequirementsAdministrative & OperationsBuild and empower a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of innovation and collaborationDrive overall company growth and profitability by setting strategic direction and ensuring operational excellenceAdvocate the company's vision & mission, both internally and with external stakeholdersFormulate, communicate, and execute the company's strategic planEnsure effective day-to-day operations and the efficient production of the company's productsImplement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectivenessEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsUphold high standards of corporate governance and ethical conductHandle media relations and public relations to maintain and enhance the company's reputationIdentify and manage potential risks to the business, both internal and externalDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Expansion & FranchisingDevelop and execute a comprehensive global expansion strategy through a franchise modelAnalyze the financial feasibility of franchise expansion in different countriesSecure international franchise partners and oversee the onboarding and training processSet financial targets for individual franchisees and the company as a wholeNegotiate financial terms with franchise partners and investorsManage financial risks associated with international expansion, such as currency fluctuations and political instabilityFinance and fundraisingEstablish and maintain strong relationships with international investors, financial institutions, and government agenciesSecure funding and raising capital through equity or debt offerings, loans, or negotiating partnershipsDevelop and implement the overall financial strategy which includes setting financial goals, allocate resources, and create a financial plan to achieve sustainable growthMonitor financial performance.

Closely track key metrics like revenue, profitability, cash flow, and debt levels to ensure the company stays on track financiallyMake key financial decisions through approving capital expenditures, acquisitions, and investments, managing risk, and making critical funding decisionImplement and oversee internal financial controls to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of financial dataQualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringProven success as CEO or Managing Director in a top real estate development firm in the Middle EastStrong knowledge of industrial and construction industriesDeep understanding of modular construction technologyExtensive experience in franchising and scaling businessesFamiliarity with emerging marketsFinancial acumen in securing international fundingVisionary leadership skills to inspire global teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsCultural awareness and adaptability for global environmentsEducation and Experience:Minimum 18 years of work experience with at least 5 years as an executive officer level in a large companySignificant experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational efficiencyBachelor degree in civil or mechanical engineering; MBA or Master in EngineeringStrong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with an ability to lead and develop a team of senior C-level and to generate respect and trust from managers, staff and external stakeholdersStrong finance, investment, and negotiation skillsStrong working knowledge in the real estate industry; knowledge in the prefabrication construction industry is a plusFluent in English, Arabic is a plusBenefitsCompetitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits package, performance bonuses, and opportunities for professional developmentRelocation assistance and expatriate benefits for international candidates
