Position Overview:

As a Telemarketer for our Corporate Gifting Company, you will be responsible for actively promoting our company's products and services to potential corporate clients.

Your primary goal is to generate leads, build relationships, and secure sales opportunities within the corporate gifting sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound calls to identify and contact potential corporate clients.
Research and identify businesses that may benefit from our corporate gifting solutions.
Maintain a database of leads and regularly update contact information.

Product Knowledge:
Thoroughly understand the range of corporate gifting products and services offered by the company.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and customization options to potential clients.

Client Engagement:
Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their gifting needs and preferences.
Build and nurture relationships with clients to establish trust and rapport.

Sales Pitch and Presentation:
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect.
Create and present proposals, quotes, and product catalogs to potential clients.

Objection Handling:
Address client objections and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
Overcome objections and guide clients towards making informed decisions.

Follow-Up and Closure:
Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to ensure leads are actively pursued.
Work towards closing sales deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Data Management:
Keep accurate records of interactions, calls, and sales opportunities in the company's CRM system.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities to the sales manager.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products and services.
Provide feedback and insights to the company for product improvement and development.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in promoting products and services.
  • Good knowledge of corporate gifting trends and solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goaloriented, selfmotivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and objection professionally.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fastpaced sales environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is primarily officebased and involves making a significant number of outbound calls.
  • May require occasional participation in corporate events, trade shows, or client meetings.
  • Working hours may vary to accommodate different time zones, and some weekend or evening work may be necessary.
