  • Evaluate market trends, competitoractivity, and patient demographics to identify growthopportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to expandservice offerings, enhance patient experience, and increase marketshare.
  • Establish partnerships and strategicalliances to support business developmentefforts.
  1. HROperations:
  • Oversee allaspects of human resources management, including recruitment,onboarding, performance management, and employeerelations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies,procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment andensure compliance with employment laws andregulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance tothe HR team, fostering professional development and employeeengagement.
  • Conduct regular audits of HRpractices to ensure alignment with best practices and industrystandards.
  1. OperationalExcellence:
  • Streamlineoperational processes and workflows to improve efficiency andproductivity.
  • Implement performance metrics andkey performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitoroperational performance.
  • Identify areas forprocess improvement and lead initiatives to optimize operationaleffectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuousimprovement and innovation within thepractice.
  1. StakeholderEngagement:
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, includingphysicians, clinical staff, and administrative teammembers.
  • Serve as a liaison between theexecutive team and departmental leaders, facilitating communicationand collaboration.
  • Represent the practice inexternal forums, community events, and professional organizationsto enhance the practice's reputation andvisibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, orrelated field; Master's degreepreferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience inhealthcare operations management, with a focus on finance, growthstrategies, and HR operations.
  • Proven trackrecord of driving financial performance, implementing growthinitiatives, and optimizing operational efficiency in a healthcaresetting.
  • Strong leadership and managementskills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieveorganizational goals.
  • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and decision-makingabilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations,compliance requirements, and industrytrends.
  • Exceptional communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt tochanging priorities.
  • Relevant professionalcertifications (e.g., CMPE, FACMPE) are aplus.
